Did you ever ponder over the mystery of creation, over all the creatures, we just take for granted – cats, dogs, horses …plants, insects, birds, the skies above, the weather …. the list is endless.
Well the Gospel tells us that ‘ through him all things came to be’. God gave birth to creation and keeps giving birth to creation’, not one thing had its being but through him’.
Creation includes you and me. We are being born continually. The very breath we breathe is shared by all of us and all life. There
are two movements in our breath – expansion and contraction. As we breathe in the breath of life our body expands, as we breathe out our
body contracts’. It is rhythmical.
Jesus – the human race was with God in the beginning. ‘The Word was with God and the Word was God’. All of Creation is the word
and through Jesus this was revealed and is being revealed.
‘Through him all things came to be’.
