JUBILEE OF MERCY OPENS ON DECEMBER 8th, 2015.

Parishes across the diocese will unite in prayer with Pope Francis at Masses on December 8th, the day he opens the Holy Door in Rome, marking the opening
of the Jubilee of Mercy. Next Sunday, throughout the world, Doors of Mercy will open in local Cathedrals, preceded by a solemn procession to each Cathedral. In our own diocese, Bishop Denis will begin this procession with prayer in St. Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, at 10a.m. to arrive at the Cathedral to open the Door of Mercy at the beginning of the 11a.m. Mass. All are very welcome to join Bishop Denis for this liturgy.
