As you will be aware Pope Benedict XVI accepted Bishop Moriarty’s resignation as bishop of our diocese on Thursday last. Bishop Moriaty served us as bishop for the past eight years in a kind, humble and exemplary manner.

Baltinglass Parish Mission
The Mission Programme & Services will take place in the three Churches in the Parish, Baltinglass, Stratford & Grange Con. The Mission will be conducted by the Ceili Community. The community consists of two Priests, two or three Sisters, married couples and single people. They have conducted Missions in many Parishes in Ireland and England. We look forward to our New Style Mission and we hope it will be a blessed time for all of us.
