Reposing at Halligan’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Rathvilly (Eircode R93 C560) on Friday the 3rd April from 3pm until 6.30pm with removal at 7pm for private reposal. Funeral arriving to St. Joseph’s Church, Baltinglass on Saturday morning for 11am Funeral Service after which he will be laid to rest in Baltinglass Cemetery.  Billy’s funeral Mass can be viewed on St. Joseph’s Webcam at www.baltinglassparish.ie
