Baltinglass Parish Mission 2010 will take place from the 17th April to 2nd May. The Ceili Community will conduct the Mission. It is a mixed group of about 20 People – 2 Priests, 1 Sister, Married Couples & Single people. The Visitation of the Homes & Schools in the Parish will take place the 1st week. An earthquake struck Haiti killing hundreds of thousands. In calling on “the generosity of all people”, Pope Benedict XVI stated that “the Catholic Church will not fail to move immediately, through her charitable institutions, to meet the most immediate needs of the population”.
